Surface Preparation
Anti-Mould Plus+
Evolving Elements Anti-Mould Plus+ is a broad spectrum water based biocide. It inhibits the growth of moss and lichen on surfaces to which it is applied. Evolving Elements Anti-Mould Plus+ may be applied to clean cement and unglazed terracotta roofs, and to a range of other substrates, just prior to applying primer and subsequent coatings.
Application Method
- Mix thoroughly with a broad, flat stirrer, do not thin, ready to use form.
- Evolving Elements Anti-Mould Plus+ can be applied using a roller, brush, pad, HVLP spray equipment or airless spray equipment.
- If applying on roofs, application with a garden type weed sprayer is recommended. If using airless spray equipment, a 15 thou tip and white gun filter is recommended.
- Apply enough Evolving Elements Anti-Mould Plus+ to adequately “wet” the surface.
- When applied as part of a roof restoration, Evolving Elements Anti-Mould Plus+ must be over coated using the appropriate components selected from the Evolving Elements range.
Premclean
Evolving Elements Premclean is a high grade detergent based product designed specifically for releasing moss, lichen, and minor deposits of grease and oil from various substrates to make subsequent pressure cleaning faster. Premclean is recommended for cleaning roof tiles as part of a roof restoration and can be used on cement, fibre cement & terracotta roofing tiles, walls, floors, driveways, paths and ceramic tiles where fungal growth, oil or grease has to be removed. Evolving Elements Premclean is supplied in ready to use form.

Rustcure
Evolving Elements Rustcure effectively treats rust and prepares the surface for priming. The advanced formulation chemically reacts with the rusty surface creating a lasting barrier against further corrosion. It is an acid based treatment designed for chemical passivation and removal of light rust from metal roof sheetings. It also facilitates removal of minor deposits of oil and grease as well as chemically etching the metal surface to ensure optimum adhesion of the subsequent primer coat. Evolving Elements Rustcure is supplied as a concentrate and must be diluted before use.

All ‘Round Moss Treatment
Evolving Elements All ‘Round Moss Treatment is a premium blend of broad spectrum water based biocides which are fully biodegradable and phosphate free. Works over time to remove algae, moss, mould, mildew and lichen from exterior surfaces. No hosing or scrubbing required just spray it on and walk away.
Application Method
- Mix thoroughly with a broad, flat stirrer, do not thin, ready to use.
- Evolving Elements All ‘Round Moss Treatment should be applied by a Softwash method using low pressure, or by suitable pump.
- If applying on roofs, application with a garden type weed sprayer or backpack pressure washer is recommended, care must taken with this type of application.
- Apply enough Evolving Elements All ‘Round Moss Treatment to adequately “wet” the surface.
- When applied as part of a roof restoration, Evolving Elements All ‘Round Moss Treatment must be over coated using the appropriate components selected from the Evolving Elements Roof Coating System.
Primer Coat
Levelcoat
Evolving Elements Levelcoat is a water based acrylic, filling undercoat containing high solids and is designed for application to primed concrete roof tiles to level and fill worn out concrete tiles. Evolving Elements Levelcoat fills and levels the surface of weathered roof tiles to provide a smoother, more even surface for top coat application thus improving the appearance of the finished roof coating system.
Substrate Preparation
Where applying to a roof, it is recommended that Rainwater tanks are disconnected from the guttering system before commencing work as material could be spilt on the roof or washed off in case rain falls before the coating is fully cured. The guttering should remain disconnected until after application of all subsequent coatings and until all residues are washed from the guttering. It is safe to collect drinking water once the finish top coating has cured.

Surface Prime Plus+
Evolving Elements Surface Prime Plus+ is a water based acrylic coating containing inorganic rust inhibitors and passivators, adhesion promoters and inert fillers. Evolving Elements Surface Prime Plus+ is designed for priming Zincalume® galvanised iron and other bare metal surfaces prior to application of subsequent topcoats.

Combo Primer Hi Build
Combo Primer Hi-Build is a premium water based coating that has both priming and filling binding properties. It is extremely effective when tiles are slightly porous and don’t require too much of a high build to seal the surface. This high-grade coating is designed to be used in conjunction with the Roofcoat System.
It is recommended for use on most concrete tiles and has excellent adhesion properties prior to the application of DURAMEMBRANE or TERRAGLAZE PLUS coatings. It substantially upgrades the overall coating system durability & ensures greater system consistency of the top coat.
